Casual and eclectic, our pop-up picnics are a fabulous way to spend time with your favorite people. Whatever the occasion, a day out with friends exploring the Swan Valley, celebrating a special birthday, an intimate proposal we want to help you create an event you will never forget.
Come and meet these curious and affectionate animals, getting to know their affectionate nature before settling down for a perfectly curated picnic, featuring the best the Swan Valley has to offer in a luxury boho setting, leaving you feeling relaxed and recharged.
All picnics include a grazing board with some of Swan Valley's finest produce including assorted meats, cheeses, seasonal fruit, crackers and sweet and savory pairings, bottled water, soda, low seating, place settings, decor and design, under the watchful eye of our three resident camels. All dietary requirements catered for.
The best part is that we do all the work! All the set up and clean-up is handled by our team, all we ask you to bring is a friend.

Other Stuff
Our prices reflect a 2.5hr booking time. Additional time can be requested at the time of booking, at $50 per hour thereafter.
A selection of giant games available for hire - $50 includes giant jenga,
noughts and crosses, connect four, quoits.

Unfortunately, our packages are not suitable for children.
Menus can be tailored to individual request, additional fees may apply.
Other coordination services eg. photographer, musician, additional floristry and furniture outside of the picnic package can be provided for an additional fee.
